The Start of Our Summer!

Zachary's first day of kindergarten (will post the last day picture later)

Zachary will be finishing an incredible year of Kindergarten on Thursday, June 4. He had such an amazing year of school at St. Ann's. He is reading books from start to finish, writing stories, adding, subtracting and yes..they even learned some algebra in Kindergarten. He has grown up so much this year. Zachary had an incredible teacher who gave him love, encouragement and support throughout this whole year. His teacher told me that he has both 1st grade teachers fighting over who gets him next year. We couldn't be more proud of him. He is one incredible child. Zachary has also been quite heavily involved in sports this year. He has played basketball this winter, tball and soccer this spring, he also decided to sign up for Cub Scouts.

Luke going to his last day of preschool

Luke and his classmates

Luke finished his first year of preschool last Friday. He really surprised me with how good he was at school. He listened and was cooperative. He shared toys with all the other children. He prayed, sang, colored, danced and just had a great time. His teachers were so proud of him thoughout the school year as were his Mom and Dad. He also really grew up this year. His tantrums have decreased significantly and he is much more cooperative with everything. We are very proud of Luke and all that he has done this year. (If only we can get rid of the pacifiers....we will be ahead of the game) :) Luke is very excited to start his new preschool next year at St. Ann's. He thinks it will be so neat to go to Zachary's big school.

Mike, Luke and Lauren in Dorney Park

Luke and Lauren on the Helicopter Ride

Zachary, Josh and Matthew in Camp Snoopy

My parents bought us Dorney Park passes for Christmas. This is such a great gift so we can have a fun summer with the boys and my nephew Josh. We went for the first time last week and the kids had a blast. Unfortunately I was not allowed to go on any of the rides being 7 months pregnant, but Mike graciously took over that job for me. We all had a blast. We will soon be getting our pool passes too so we can spend our days relaxing by the pool until Molly makes her big arrival in August!
